Garbage is nothing but a misplaced resource!

Everyday, the world consumes over a hundred million PET bottles, it is approximately four hundred billion PET bottles per year.

China is one of the largest producer and consumer of PET bottles in the world, especially in recent years, the total amount of used PET bottle is progressively increased 10%-15%, our future living environment is threatened by the large amount of the used PET bottle while we are enjoy different kind of beverage.

The problem is getting serious that affects human’s sustainable development. The research proved PET bottle is classified to non-biodegradable materials. It takes several hundred years to be absorbed by the natural environment.

Base on innovative idea and technology, the used PET bottles can be transferred successfully to environment-friendly fab

rics and we call them RPET fabrics. RPET fabrics are eco-friendly and conform to EU standard of ROHS, EN71, REACH, OEKO100.

Using this innovation technology to produce every 1 ton of OXFORD polyester cloth would save 6 tons of petroleum, 50 tons of printing and dyeing water. Reducing emission and after-treatment of 50 tons of sewage.

Reducing 4 tons of printing and dyeing steam consumption; reducing 2 tons of coal, 48kg emission of carbon dioxide; reducing 60kg dust emission; reducing slag 288kg.

The used PET bottle would no longer be the burden of the earth but the “second oil field” of human being in the future, making the recycling and reused resource come true.
